1. Definitions

“We”, “us” and “the Supplier” mean USA Peptide Vendor LLC. “You” and “the Buyer” mean the person or organisation placing an order or requesting a quotation. “Products” means research peptides and related materials supplied by us. “Order” means an order request submitted through this website or by email and accepted by us in writing.

2. Research use only — the central condition of sale

All products sold by USA Peptide Vendor are supplied strictly for laboratory research and analytical reference use. They are not medicines, dietary supplements or cosmetics and are not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.

They are not sterile unless expressly stated, and they must be handled by qualified personnel in an appropriately equipped laboratory under the applicable safety regime.

Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, a recommendation for human or veterinary use, a dosing recommendation, or a claim of safety or efficacy. Any reference to published research is a description of the scientific literature for research professionals, not a therapeutic claim.

3. Buyer obligations and warranties

By ordering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old and purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, institution or organisation for research purposes.
• You will not administer products to humans or animals, resell them for human or veterinary consumption, or represent them as suitable for such use.
• You will verify that the import, possession, handling and use of each product comply with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction, including any national controls on specific peptides.
• You will store and handle products in accordance with the storage guidance supplied with the kit.
• You will not alter, obscure or remove research-use-only labelling, and will not use our brand or documentation to imply regulatory approval.

4. Quotations, order requests and acceptance

Submitting an order request does not create a binding contract. A contract forms only when we confirm stock, freight and final pricing in writing and you accept that confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order — for example where a compound is restricted in your destination country, where we cannot verify the purchaser, or where a suspected prohibited use is involved. If we cancel before dispatch, any amounts already paid are refunded in full.

5. Pricing, payment and taxes

Prices are quoted in US dollars and are exclusive of any freight, insurance, import duty, VAT or local sales tax unless stated otherwise. Kit prices reflect the vial strength and kit quantity listed on the product page, and bulk pricing may apply from five kits of the same product. We may correct obvious pricing errors before an order is accepted.

Payment is due in cleared funds before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed in writing. Accepted methods include card payment, bank transfer (ACH in the United States, SEPA in the EU), USDT and BTC. Inventory is not reserved until payment clears.

6. Delivery, title and risk

We dispatch in-stock items within 24 hours of cleared payment on business days. Indicative transit times are given on our refunds & shipping policy page and are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the address you specify, except that risk in respect of damage occurring before delivery passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the consignment.

Import clearance, duties and any customs queries are the Buyer’s responsibility. We declare consignments accurately and cannot misdescribe contents or under-declare value.

7. Analytical documentation

Each kit is supplied with a batch-matched certificate of analysis stating HPLC purity, mass-spec identity, appearance, fill weight, lot number, storage guidance and expiry. Analytical values are those measured by the testing laboratory on the referenced lot and are supplied as information for research use. Certificates are not a certificate of regulatory approval and confer no licence or authorisation.

8. Returns, refunds and replacements

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our refunds & shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: damaged or incorrect shipments are replaced or refunded in full; unopened kits may be returned within 14 days subject to authorisation; opened, reconstituted or cold-chain items are not returnable.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected products. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of research time, loss of data, loss of grant funding, delays caused by customs authorities, or losses arising from use of the products in a manner inconsistent with the research-use-only condition or the supplied storage guidance.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Where consumer-protection law applies in your jurisdiction, your statutory rights are unaffected to the extent such law applies.

10. Intellectual property, website content and third-party links

All website content — product descriptions, specifications, guides, illustrations and structured data — is owned by us or licensed to us and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. Research articles describe published scientific literature, which remains the property of its respective authors and publishers. Our products are supplied without any licence, express or implied, under any third-party patent or intellectual property right.

We may update product pages, documentation and prices at any time. Where a page is corrected after an order is accepted, the terms confirmed in writing at acceptance prevail.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, save that where mandatory consumer or local law provides otherwise. Before commencing proceedings, we ask that you contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly — in our experience nearly every issue is resolved with one email and a replacement dispatch.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
